TWO IN TO ONE – free horse racing system

Rules:

1. Do not use this system on other than metropolitan meetings
2. The two horses to bet on are the ones with:
   a) the horse with the highest average earnings per start
   b) the horse with the highest prize money earnings in total
3. If one horse qualifies under both rules, it becomes a double bet
4. Back both horses using the “dutch betting” method to win a set amount per race
